Always read the label
1. Remove Cistern cover.
2. Remove the product from the plastic blister pack
3. Flush the toilet and drop the block complete with wrapper near
4. Replace the cistern lid. After the few flushes the wrapper will dissolve.
5. After the product is used up, replace with a new one
